Welcome to Super Platform Gamer where its all about focusing on games from only one genre which this site will ever talk about which are Platform types of games or more specifically..Platformer.
In case you don't know what Platform games are, they are games that are designed to jump on bricks, blocks, grass or whatever as a form of making progress. This whatever you jump on are called platforms because they are positioned in a manner that require you to jump to them.
We'll be talking all types of Platformers. Ones that are straight forward, Ones that have action-adventure elements or Metroidvania as many call them, and 3D Platformers.
But there will not be a mention of other games that don't have the central focus of using platforms as means of progress. Games such as Assasins Creed or Deus Ex are not considered platform games due to the absence of platforms in them. As such games like Super Mario RPG will not be mentioned even though they have platforming elements in them because they do more than just platforming.
So without further ado, let us begin the blog of the Super Platform Gamer!
